Allround CrossFit
Get fitter, stronger and healthier with our group lessons: CrossFit, gymnastics, strength and Olympic weightlifting.
60 minutes, max 12 members, 1 certified coach.
During a class, you will experience tough training in a small group led by one of our coaches. In 60 min, you warm up, peak, and finish with exercises scaled to your level. So, you do not need a base level to participate. The basis of our group lesson schedule is the CrossFit classes. The other types of classes help you improve specific exercises also included in the CrossFit lessons. All lessons are there to make you fitter, stronger, and healthier!
